Beyond Fit
Beyond Health & Fitness is a program designed to provide you with the best workout routines and guided nutrition to help you meet your goals effectively. This program requires no previous experience. Whenever you enter the gym, I do all of the thinking for you. We start you off with your warm up, move you into around 10 minutes of core exercises, then start you into the main workout which lasts around 30-40 minutes. Workouts vary based on clients goals & needs, but typically consist of stationary machines to start off until you are comfortable, then progressively moving into body weight movements such as a sit down squat, lunges and so on. I coach you right until you finish up with a cool down, and you’re on your way. A big aspect of this program is creating independence, that is where I differ from a typical personal trainer. I am a health & fitness coach, so I demonstrate the exercise to you, make sure you’re comfortable and doing it correctly, and then take a step back and watch from a far until you are ready for the next exercise. This environment provides clients with endless positivity, encouragement and support. “Class” times are offered at a variety of times per day, 6 days a week.
