Weight Management
The weight management program requires no previous experience. Whether it is your first time entering a gym, or you have been going for years- the workouts will be customized to you! The main focus of this program is weight loss and weight management, while promoting muscle toning. Before you start this program, we will look at your personal goals and make a plan to meet them. I am able to create a baseline of your measurements, and track them throughout your progress- if you wish.
You will see the results of this program on more than just a numerical aspect.
To ensure a healthy and safe weight loss program, you will be provided with nutritional advice so that your progress can happen inside and outside of the gym.
