      • 3 minutes

  • Walking Lunge KickBacks + 45sec Wall Sit

  • Reps are: 30 x 4

  • Treadmill

    • 3.4mph, 10%incline

      • 3 minutes

  • Butt Kicks + Jumping Jacks + High Knees

    • Reps are: 50-40-30-20-10 🙃

  • Treadmill

    • 3.4mph, 12%incline

      • 3 minutes


Core + Glutes:

  • Crunches + Donkey Kicks (40)
