Warm Up:

  • StairMaster

    • Fast Level for 30 seconds + Slow Level for 30 seconds

      • 5 mins

Core:

  • Toe Tap Sit-Ups + Laying Leg Raise Twists

    • 12x4 rounds

  • Side Obliques

    • 45x2 rounds

TwerkOut:

  • Dumbbell Incline Chest Press + Incline Push-Ups

    • 15x4 rounds 

      • use the bench for the push-ups, its going to burn, so lets goooo

  • Treadmill

    • 6mph

      • 3 minutes

  • Stationary Row Back Pull Machine + Mountain Climbers

    • 20x3 rounds

  • Treadmill

    • 6mph

      • 3 minutes

  • Stationary Chest Press Machine + Lat Pull Downs

    • 15x4 rounds


Core + Glutes:

  • Hollow Rocks + Pulsing Jump Squats

    • 10 x 3
